Privacy Policy

When you or a parent creates an account, we collect your name, phone number, and password. Coaches also have an email address on file.

When you book lessons or buy lesson packs, we record the booking details (coach, date, time, location, lesson type) and the payment record.

Messages you send to coaches through the app's message center are stored so both of you can read the conversation.

We use your information to run the academy: booking courts, tracking lesson credits, processing payments, sending you booking confirmations and reminders in the app, and letting coaches see who is signed up for their lessons.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics that follow you across other apps and websites, and we do not share your information with advertisers. Nothing in the app needs permission to track you.

Coaches can use an AI scheduling assistant to read and act on lesson and credit requests (for example "move Nick to 5:30 Tuesday"). When a coach uses it, the text of the relevant messages and the coach's own schedule and student list are sent to our AI service to carry out the request. It is used only for scheduling, never for advertising, and the assistant's replies are reviewed by the coach before anything takes effect.

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.

We keep a record of what was purchased, the amount, and whether it was paid by card or cash.

Our lessons are for players of all ages, and many students are minors. Player accounts for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who controls the account, bookings and payments.

We collect only the minimum information needed to run lessons, and coaches see only what they need to teach: the student's name, lesson schedule, and any messages the family sends them.

Coaches see the schedule, attendance and messages of students who book with them. The academy owner (Head Coach Kyle McDonald) can view booking, payment, credit and message records in order to run the business, handle payroll and support families.

Access requires signing in to the app — nobody can browse your data without an account.

We keep your account and records while you are an active player. You can delete your own account (and your children's profiles with it) from inside the app using the "Delete my account" button — you'll be asked to confirm twice, and the removal is permanent.

If you'd rather we do it for you, contact us and we will remove your account, keeping only what we must keep for accounting records (e.g. payment receipts required by tax rules).
